Run the booking. Keep it personal.
Booking Studio is booking software for UK wedding photographers and videographers who want the admin in one place without losing the personal touch. Keep enquiries, dates, quotes, contracts, invoices, messages and final timings connected to each couple.
The details stay together. Your time goes back to the work you love.
Think of it as a practical wedding photography CRM: the enquiry, quote, agreement, booking fee and next task stay with the couple. It is shaped by Mark’s own working wedding business and supports photographers, videographers and combined photo and video bookings.
A clear view of what needs your attention.
Take a look around the dashboard, enquiries, couple workspace, workflow controls and private client portal. These visual previews use sample details from the Booking Studio design.

From the first enquiry to a confirmed wedding booking.
When a couple enquires, you can check the date, prepare a personal quote, keep their agreement and invoice together, then follow up on the final details nearer the wedding. One clear record shows what has happened, what they need next and what still needs your attention.

An enquiry arrives with the essentials.

What you do next: review their enquiry and prepare a personal response.
Build a quote they can understand.
Choose a package, add any extras and write a note that sounds like you. The couple can review their options through a private, mobile-friendly link.
What you do next: send the quote when the details are right.
Keep the agreement with the conversation.
After the couple chooses their option, the agreement and booking details stay with their wedding record. You can see what has been accepted and what still needs attention.
What you do next: check the agreement and confirm the next step.
See invoices and payments in context.
The booking fee, invoice and balance sit alongside the couple’s quote and agreement. You can see the financial next step without searching through separate messages.
What you do next: review the invoice and track the booking fee.
Bring the final plans together.
Closer to the wedding, questionnaires and timings can stay with the same couple record. Follow-ups can be manual, reviewed or automated, depending on how you prefer to work.
The result: one clear journey from first hello to the plans for the day.
This is an illustrative walkthrough using fictional couple details. It does not open a live account or make a booking. The panels above are visual previews with sample details.
Useful automation with your voice still in it.
The aim is to make the work lighter, not make your clients feel they are talking to a machine.

Questions worth asking.
Here are the practical details behind the booking journey. There are more answers on our Booking Studio FAQ page.
What does Booking Studio keep together?
Enquiries, availability, quotes, contracts, invoices, messages and final timings stay with each couple’s booking. You can see the next task without hunting through separate systems.
Can couples accept a quote on their phone?
Yes. Couples use a private, mobile-friendly link to review a quote, choose available extras, accept it, sign an agreement and complete forms.
What does the 30-day trial cost?
The trial is free for 30 days. If you subscribe during it, the founders price is £12 a month or £110 a year, with no VAT charged. That rate stays yours while you remain subscribed.
Are QuickBooks Online and Xero connected yet?
No. Those integrations are being added and are not live yet. Booking Studio can keep invoices and payments with the wedding record; ask Mark about the integration timetable if it matters to your workflow.
Could it make your next busy season easier?
Tell Mark how you work. Early access is being introduced in small numbers.
